Frequently asked

Direct answers to common questions.

How long does onboarding usually take?

+

Most practices are fully onboarded in 14 business days. Larger groups typically take 21–30 days. We do not go live until your team has approved the workflow.

Are we locked into a long contract?

+

No. Agreements run on a 90-day rolling basis. If the partnership is not working, you should not be stuck.

Do we keep our current EHR or practice management system?

+

Yes. We connect with major EHRs — Epic, Athena, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, DrChrono, AdvancedMD, NextGen, and 40+ others.

How do you safeguard patient health information (PHI)?

+

Workflows run on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement. We execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client. Annual HIPAA risk assessments are included.

Can you credential new providers?

+

Yes — initial enrollment, CAQH upkeep, hospital privileging, and re-credentialing. Average turnaround is 38 days versus the common industry range of 90–120.

What happens when a claim still will not pay?

+

We work through re-bills, appeals, payer outreach, and patient outreach first. Bad-debt placement is a last step, and only with your written approval.
