Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

1. Binding Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") control your use of https://ebillrcm.com and related marketing materials operated by eBillRCM ("eBillRCM", "we", "us"). Using the site means you accept these Terms.

Distinct written service agreements, BAAs, and statements of work govern paid billing and RCM relationships. Where those instruments conflict with these website Terms, the signed agreements prevail for service delivery.

2. Offerings Referenced on This Site

Material on this website outlines medical billing, coding, denial management, credentialing, and related revenue cycle offerings available to healthcare providers in the United States.

Website material is informational and does not establish a client relationship until a written agreement is signed and, where PHI will be exchanged, a Business Associate Agreement is executed.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for competing training datasets in violation of applicable law, post unlawful material, or use contact forms to distribute spam or PHI.

Do not transmit patient-identifiable information through public website forms. Use the secure channels we designate after a BAA is executed.

4. Ownership of Site Materials

Site design, branding, copy, and resources belong to eBillRCM or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Warranty Limitations

The site is offered "as is." We do not guarantee continuous availability or that every piece of content is free of errors. Educational articles provide general information and are not legal, coding, or clinical advice for a particular patient or claim.

Payer rules evolve. Always confirm coding and coverage decisions against current payer policy and clinical documentation.

6. Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, eBillRCM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from website use. Liability tied to contracted services is controlled by the applicable service agreement.

7. Information Practices

Our Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information gathered through the website. You can find it at /privacy.

8. SMS and MMS Messaging

You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Geaster Solutions Inc. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at tcr-campaigns-internal@zoom.us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise.
